Chat window in 'Gmail.com' slightly shift upwards after pressing Tab key.

Chrome Version: 62.0.3188.0 (Official Build)a6c5719b8b51fe9ac7af8af1ce8318a83b70b486-refs/heads/master@{#495023} 32/64-bit.
OS: Windows (7,8,10), Mac (10.11.6, 10.12.3), Linux (14.04 LTS).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome,navigate to gmail.com and sign in with valid credentials.
(2) open chat window,then click on 'minimize' button of chat window
(3) Press Tab key and observe

Actual: Chat window slightly shift upwards after pressing Tab key.

Expected: Chat window should not shift upwards after pressing Tab key.

This is a non-regression issue, seen from 'M-45'
