Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open https://www.tech21century.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/chromelogo.png 
2. Right click
3. Search Google for image menu item not exists

What is the expected behavior?
There should be "Search Google for image" menu item after right click to an image.

What went wrong?
Search Google for image menu item not exists when clicking image with right click.

Stable is fine. Beta and Canary affected.
