Entry doesn't get deleted at first instance in 'Application' section of devtools.

OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.3)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to NTP and open devtools.
2. Now go to 'Application' section and click on 'Cookies' and then click on first url.
3. Now try to add an entry in RHS and then click on 'Delete selected' button and observe
 
Actual: Entry doesn't get deleted at first instance
Expected: Entry should get deleted at first instance

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-58 series as 'Entry is editable' in Application section is from build # 58.0.2994.0

Thanks for the report.  It looks like this is specifically reproduced after pressing 'Enter' after editing the 'Path' column.
