Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. Launch Chrome and go to site; 2. Type symbols into field with separator (IP address). What is the expected behavior? Symbols correctly typed (by turns) into field. What went wrong? After separator cursor position jump back for 1 position. Did this work before? Yes Chrome 54.0.2840.85 and older Chrome version: Chrome 59.0.3071.125 Channel: stable OS Version: 4.4.2 Flash Version: In descktop version there is no such issue, cursor position is passed correctly (input.selectionStart = input.selectionEnd = cursorPosition). On device with same Chrome version but with android 7.1.1, cursor position jump back in any input feilds after every symbol typed.
