Bug in Setiings- Default Search engine.

Chrome Version       : 60.0.3112.90
URLs (if applicable) :


What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to Google setting in Chrome
(2) Go to Managed search engine
(3) Click on Edit the default search engines.
(4) Url not editable in edit window.

What is the expected result?
URL should be editable.

What happens instead?
It is coming disabled.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Status: Untriaged (was: Unconfirmed)
This behavior is seen on Windows-10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac Os 10.12.6 using chrome latest stable #60.0.3112.90. Considering the above issues as feature and marking it as untriaged.

Default search engines URLs are not editable, see [1].
