What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user >> Suspend the device with out signing out
(2)Open the device after 20-30 sec and Observe sign out screen(Kindly refer video)

Actual:Weird traces of Pinned app icon is seen on sign out screen
Expected:No such weird traces should be seen

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 62.0.3186.0/9845.0.0 dev channel daisy

Note:Issue is not applicable to Linux,Windows OS
