Thank you for the report.  I sense that your report is not related to Chrome or DevTools, so unfortunately I don't think this crbug tracker is the best place to get answers.  I don't fully understand exactly what happened from the title and description, but you're likely not alone in whatever scenario you are facing.  There's likely other people that you can talk to to get the help you're looking for.

If this is some mistake, and there is some bug with Chrome or DevTools, please feel free to add a comment to this crbug.  Or if you need assistance with finding other help, also feel free to leave a comment, and we will address it if we can.
