Zucchini needs a public bucket on google cloud storage to fetch binary (tens of megabytes) test data from. These will be used for end-to-end tests.

what name should we use for the bucket? chromium-zucchini seems a little obscure :).

Okay, I've created gs://chromium-binary-patching, and etiennep@google.com, erikchen@google.com, and huangs@google.com should have write access, in addition to the usual suspects (i.e., troopers).
