Gracefully handle profiling process crash.

Right now, I think this will cause all profiled processes to deadlock on Windows as WriteFile() will block if the pipe is full.

Status: Fixed (was: Untriaged)
This is working fine. If the profiling process is destroyed, all pipe endpoints will be closed, causing WriteError, which will in turn turn off the allocator shim.
