What steps will reproduce the problem?

(2) The table explaining the per-service status definitions is an image, which is not accessible
(3)

What is the expected result?
It'd be preferable for the table to be a HTML table rather than an image. I believe Gitiles Markdown supports tables.

What happens instead?
The status descriptions are in an image, which is less accessible. Screen reader users won't be able to see the definitions because there is not descriptive alt-text.
