Issue description
Just tracking bug for this.
We have slave{139,140}-c1 from crbug.com/753497, will use one for swarming, other as buildbot.

Ok buildbot is deployed and waterfall is restarted, the bot is up: https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.perf.fyi/builders/Histogram%20Pipeline%20Linux%20Perf/builds/0 +martiniss One thing I'm wondering is how whether the swarming bot is actually setup properly, visiting https://chromium-swarm.appspot.com/bot?id=slave139-c1 doesn't seem to find it.
