Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.101 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. uninstall / reinstall chrome 2. reset chrome 3. clean reinstall + malware scan What is the expected behavior? pages do not hang during loading, typing, changing playback modes, opening chrome, etc. What went wrong? intermittently, chrome will simply stop. it will freeze for a second or more, before continuing. this happens extremely frequently, especially on website with dynamic content like twitter, youtube etc. changing youtube from player to fullscreen will do it, typing on twitter, facebook etc, simply opening a page, literally anything will trigger a suspension for a few seconds. this means that chrome itself is very slow, as every action can cause a brief suspension. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 60.0.3112.101 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: this has been present for some time, but is now a serious concern since last update. I previously had problems with playback on youtube, and changed to canary - but the latest canary build rendered youtube playback impossible in fullscreen, so I am stuck with stable chrome, which currently hangs frequently and is very slow (it operated perfectly after a clean reinstall & reset - but after a system restart, it dropped to a tenth of its speed, and began to hang constantly). it has hung a number of times simply typing this paragraph.
