BattOr failing on build30-b4

It looks like the BattOr is failing on build30-b4. Could someone from infra labs please restart the BattOr and tell me what the status of the lights before/after doing so is? 

Sorry for the repeated requests for this stupid stuff... we're trying our hardest to work out these bugs to prevent this crap from happening in the future.
