username and password are not autofilled for reddit.com

Device: iPhone 7 Plus, iPad
URL: reddit.com

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Sign into chrome with a profile that has saved u/p for reddit.com
  2. Navigate to reddit.com
  3. Tap Log in
  4 Tap on username and/or password fields

Observed results:
No autosuggest form data is presented in keyboard tool bar or no data is already prefilled on the form.

Note autofill data is prefilled in the forms and working correctly in desktop and Android.

Expected results:
Autosuggest form data is presented in keyboard tool bar or the values should already be prefilled on the form.

Observed behavior in Chrome Mobile on Android: Autofill works on Chrome for Android

I've checked on both IPad and IPhone simulators. Filling in sign-in form works, but only after clicking on a username or password field. Here the problem was in a dynamically added password form (i.e. with some JavaScript, not on page load). I've implemented on CL https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/601969  that when the user clicks on any input field, Password Manager realizes that there is a password form and tries to fill it again.

Verified on M68.0.3415.0 canary
Username and Password are autofilled once the user focused inside the form.
Device: iPhoneX, iOS11.4
