CHANGELOG URL: The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure. https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/1b460e69a28391f0590f61f6ebf5c341d1e7df23..07a72bda87d95cfaa4ba13e362195c76b831e1f2 Suspected CL: ------------ https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/07a72bda87d95cfaa4ba13e362195c76b831e1f2 dsinclair@,Could you please take a look and reassign to the right owner if it is not related to your change. Since it is regressed recently, adding Release block stable label. Thanks..!

The linked CL is a revert. Which means this was existing behaviour from before the CL was applied. Removing the release-block label. We will re-land the revert after the branch so it has more time to bake.
