Regression: Overlapping of text and button is observed when click on 'Perform an audit...' button

Chrome version: 62.0.3187.0 1066a02fc3eda664375a59a5962ccffa0e28c81f-refs/heads/master@{#494644}
OS:Windows(7,8,10), Mac(10.11.6, 0.12.3,10.12.5), Linux(14.04 LTS).

Steps to Reproduce?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to https://www.google.co.in/ and open Dev tools 
2. Click on 'Customize and control DevTools' icon and select 'Dock to bottom'
3. Minimize dev tool window and click on Audit tab
4. Click on 'Perform an audit...' button and observe

Actual: Overlapping of text and button is observed when click on 'Perform an audit...' button for first instance
Expected: Overlapping of text and button should not be observed 

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 62’ and will soon update other info :
Good build: 62.0.3165.0
