Regression : 'Screencastify' extension is not working

Chrome Version: 62.0.3187.0
OS: Windows 7,10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome -> Sign into User -> Add above extension for screencastify extension
(2)Now near omnibox click on screencastify icon and observe "Loading...." is seen (Please refer screenshot)

Expected: Able to work on 'Screencastify' extension
Actual: Instead  unable to work on 'Screencastify' extension

This is Regression Issue broken in M-62

Will provide bisect info soon

Note: Issue is not seen on Linux and Mac OS

This seems to be working fine on the latest Windows 10 canary(62.0.3192.0).

mmanchala@: Could you please check this on the latest M-62 and confirm if this is still an issue?

This was resolved by the revert of the suspected CL in  Issue 755862 .
