Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Launch Chrome and clear all history and cookies; 
2. Visit site and try to input symbols in input form.

What is the expected behavior?
Symbols appeared in the form.

What went wrong?
Symbols are not introduced, form became available for input after restart chrome or click on address bar and then on form.

Did this work before? Yes Chrome 58.0.3029.83 and older

Chrome version: Chrome 59.0.3071.125  Channel: stable
OS Version: 4.4.2
Flash Version: 

This behavior can be associated with invalid ssl, input form is available for first visit on other site with valid ssl.
This bug repeated on android 7.1.1, in video attachment.
