Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.90 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open demo.html 2. Click on Click Here Button 3. Observe resize event is not fired after iframe is inserted into DOM What is the expected behavior? After clicking on Button, alert should appear with resize fired. What went wrong? Iframe resize event should fire when iframe is inserted into DOM Did this work before? Yes 59.0.3071.86 Does this work in other browsers? woxxom@ - Thanks for your feedback...!! Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 7, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.6 using chrome stable version #60.0.3112.101 and latest canary #62.0.3189.0. As I understand it, the resize event should not fire when an iframe is inserted into DOM. It should only fire if the size is later changed. I believe the previous behavior, where the resize event was triggered, was actually broken. I'm marking this WONTFIX, but please reopen it if you believe this behavior is wrong. |
