Anyone here have a 4.2.2 device they can test with? I can't repro on a 5 or 6 phone, but it wouldn't surprise me if this is a 4.2.2-only bug.

This issue looks similar to Bug ID -- 750622. So, merging the issue into same. Please un-merge if not the same. Thank You.

I'm going to unmerge for now, as it appear the other bug is limited to "Chrome Home". The other bug also includes problems with the padlock. CCing the person on the other bug though.

Issue 750622 likely isn't related since that bug has a specific regression range in M60. It would be great if we could bisect this to determine whether this is aregression or whether we've always been broken on this device.
