Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Boot the device. See the login screen appears
(2) Tap password input field (or somewhere on the screen.)

Expected Result:
Keyboard focus moves to the field.

Actual Result:
The screen blacks out and then appears again after a few seconds.

reproduce?)

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
Users can still attempt login using mouse pointer and keyboard.

Same thing happens before adding users such as during the initial setup procedure.

It did not reproduce with the lock screen.
