Overview mode: ARC++ app has a black strip at the bottom

Platform	9765.29.0 (Official Build) dev-channel caroline

What steps will reproduce the problem
1. Open few Chrome and ARC++ apps
2. Bring any ARC++ app to foreground
3. Switch to overview mode

What happens?
There is a black strip at the bottom of the app window.

Issue not seen with Chrome apps.
