UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.101 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. From my desktop go to the path ~/chromiumos/src/scripts/
2. run cros_sdk 
3. Now run the command "test_that :lab: --max_runtime_mins 600 -b terra -i 'terra-release/R61-9765.16.0' -p cts cheets_CTS_N.7.1_r7.arm.CtsTelephonyTestCases&" 

What is the expected behavior?
Above command should run test case package and complete the tests. But it is failing to trigger the tests. 

What went wrong?
Command fails with below messege.

Reason: Suite job failed.
