Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Navigate to http://www.bbc.co.uk/6music
2. In the top menu which says Search click into it and type something, maybe "thearchersradio" (without quotes)
3. Click on the white X on the far right.
4. The menu you should close and the navigational items appear for a split second then go away

What is the expected behavior?
The navigational <li> items should persist once the search bar has closed. 

What went wrong?
The navigational items disappear after being shown for a split second, It would persist in versions 58 and 59, since version 60 they now disappear, we've checked 61 and it looks like they now remain there, so its a problem with just 60 for now.
