Feature Request: Add Learn More p-link to help content on the "Shockwave Flash has Crashed" error

When a user encounters a "Shockwave Flash has Crashed" error, a reload button is offered but there's no link to existing help content. Our suggestion is to add a "Learn More" link to this error so users can both get more help on how to resolve this crash, and to also learn about the long term support plans for Flash.

Perhaps we could link to the same article (1) that we do for "Aw Snaps."  Ultimately beyond refreshing the content and potentially reporting an issue there are limits to what an end user will be able to do for this class of issue.
