The Google Storage team has released gsutil version 4.27 but we're still using 4.19.  One problem is that whenever we file gsutil-related bugs, that team won't even look at them because the version is too old.

Unfortunately changing version makes the unit tests fail: 

gs_unittest fails with 4 errors
gs_unittest --network fails with 28 errors

Since in the past (when our version was not obsolete) most of the errors we encountered were not reproducible by the GS team, and thus were never fixed, it's not clear that we should update our version, but it's worth keeping track of this issue nevertheless.
