Debug build of Chrome crashes in bluetooth_adapter_bluez.cc:1378 on DCHECK(IsDiscovering)

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Build a debug version of Chrome
2. Run it on a Chromebook and it'll crash with a DCHECK

What is the expected behavior?
Don't crash :)

What went wrong?
It crashed.

Thanks for the report.  Seems unrelated to DevTools, but forwarding to Bluetooth teams who may be aware of this.
