Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.39 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: I had a hard time isolating this issue, so I copied the portion of my project that was causing the issue into a plunkr: http://plnkr.co/edit/hgEMluhJoACyauuKk08M?p=preview 1. If the issue doesn't show up immediately, resize the output area. 2. The issue only occurred in the 4th child of the container, it did not manifest when the semi translucent object wasn't the 4th child. 3. https://youtu.be/zyU-25eK0So What is the expected behavior? To not have these rendering artifacts. What went wrong? Rendering artifacts appeared on the screen. Did this work before? Yes 60 Chrome version: 61.0.3163.39 Channel: beta OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Tested the issue using #61.0.3163.49 and #60.0.3112.101 on Win 10 and was unable to reproduce the issue as per the steps mentioned in comment #0. Did not observe any artifacts on resizing the output area. @tiedye001: Could you please find the attached screen cast and try upgrading your Chrome to the latest Beta and check if you still face the issue? Thanks!!
