Problem after Standby - Chrome won't start / freeze

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.101 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Laptop is in standby
2. Laptop away
3. chrome starts, but then it is freezed or
4. chrome do not start
5. I have to restart the Laptop. After that it works, since the next standby

What is the expected behavior?
I dont know

What went wrong?
Freezed

Do not start

Unable to reproduce this issue on Windows-10 using chrome latest stable #60.0.3112.101. No freezes observed from waking the machine from sleep mode.

Reporter@ - Could you please provide sample crash ID's from chrome://crashes for further investigation.
