Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch Google Chrome canary in landscape mode.
  2. Scroll to full screen.Tap on Voice icon.
  3. Dismiss voice icon.
  4. Tap on Voice icon again. Tap on the language icon.
  5. Orient the device to portrait mode.
  6. Tap on done button in language screen.

Observed results: 
Voice icon is no longer present in omnibox .

Expected results: 
Voice icon should be present in omnibox .
