I'm not 100% sure I understand what is being asked here. Can you clarify for me please?

example1 with cfspart.impots.gouv.fr form1.png.
1/ "Prénoms" not work, first name in france can be first names (more one)
2/ usage NAME, and birth name is same in this example; but chrome fill birth name with FULL NAME (first name last name)!
3/ birth City.. it's not my CITY, but BIRTH CITY ! and chrome fill with CITY (COUNTRY) and form not request country.

1/Good in the Full name (can see international phone number)
2/Postal code is Luxembourg Format (probably stored in the last form for Luxembourg)
3/Phone number is bad; not include international number, and bad number for local.. must add 0 before (France is +33 6 .., but for local it's 06 ...)
4/no FAX, but Chrome fill with bad phone number.

Chrome autostore all address without request, and can't use standard autofill.
If make double clic, only autofill address appear; each time must clear field and type value.

because chrome autosave my personnal information (name,address,phone..) when open this form, the only choice to autofill is by Google and can't see all previous entry for same name field.
Phone is bad! here it's the 10 latest number but chrome use international number, and website request for national number format (10 digit). Must be 0608... and not the 3608.. (+33608..)

another regression:

in the field "Numéro de provenance du spam vocal"  (phone number) autofill type 608aabbcc  regional number must be 0608aabbcc 
the autofill is bad! not respect number typed before 06.... and not type international number +336...
and can't disable this autofill and automatic absorption of personal information... and this information is bad!! It's store all address I use to send package from amazon store!! store other person's destination addresses with my number (because use in amazon delivery address with my phone number for contact!!)

and this autofill not display all previous tel number! I must type 09 to see all other entry start with 09.

the self-filling of the forms is here again a regression; please add option to disable this autofill for address,number, CB... (or same as old chrome version, not add it automatically!! it's global regression same as search engine automaticaly added... next step: chrome auto add favorite??  )
