Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Submit a form via method "POST"
2. After submission reload the resulting page
3. Confirm resubmission of the form data

What is the expected behavior?
After reloading the resulting page, it should look like the same data has been submitted

What went wrong?
The page doesn't recognize the re-submission of the posted data because chrome is not re-sending the proper "content-type" headers.
