Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3186.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open Incognito Window 2. go to https://googlechrome.github.io/samples/paymentrequest/credit-cards/ 3. click the button "buy" 4. fill payment details This is reproduced only on the first PaymentRequest call in incognito mode. What is the expected behavior? The "Pay" button must be clickable. What went wrong? The "Pay" button is disabled. Did this work before? No Does this work in other browsers? Able to reproduce the issue on windows 7 , ubuntu 14.04 and Mac os 10.12.6 using chrome M62 #62.0.3186.0 . This feature is available from M61 and is a regression issue broken in M61. Unable to provide the bisect results using script as all the builds invoked are resulted in bad builds.. tried the same in different machines. Hence providing the manual bisect results, Good Build : 61.0.3163.0 (revision : 488528) Bad Build : 62.0.3165.0 (revision : 488876) Manual Changelog : https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/61.0.3163.0..62.0.3165.0?pretty=fuller&n=10000 @could someone help us in assigning it to the conecern owner. Can't repro on 62.0.3188.0. This may have been fixed in r494432. Can you please verify?
