URLWhitelist not working in Chrome 60

Version of Google Chrome : 60.0.3112.90

Using group policy settings? Yes

We've always used GPO option URLBlacklist to blacklist all websites inside Chrome with the entry of "*" in the GPO and had a set of 20 websites in the URLWhitelist to only allow the websites in the URLWhitelist.

Since updating to version Chrome 60 (and also updating Chromium GPO from this site) every website from the URLWhitelist is being blocked in Chrome. Is this a bug in the GPO or in the new version Chrome?

This started happening to us today as well. This is a big issue for us!
