Dropdown remembered data menu does strange behaviour when triggered on 2 displays and have long value inside

Reported by ivan.rum...@gmail.com, Aug 15 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Get a form that might be filled by remembered data from dropdown menu, like login form;
2. Enter super-long value, remember this data
3. Next time you want to fill data from dropdown menu, if you have 2 displays and Google Chrome running on the left one, dropdown menu will run out of browser borders.

What is the expected behavior?
Dropdown menu expected to stop near borders with "..." ending, in cases if it is super-long data

What went wrong?
It just went out of browser borders and some data was missed behind borders of my second display

Did this work before? N/A
