We noticed that scrolling on Chromebooks is rather slow with a finger. We compared with a phone and it was way faster. To make sure that this wasn't due to resolution and size of finger we have installed the Android Chrome app and compared side to side. After comparing we have concluded that there is a significant difference between the two fling gestures. See attached video.


It would be good to adopt the Android model of fling gesture and scroll gestures in general.
