Async option not available on call stack window

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.12; rv:55.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/55.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open debugger with 'Inspect'
2. Look at Call Stack pane
3. Async checkbox is missing

What is the expected behavior?
Async checkbox should be there and should function

What went wrong?
dunno

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.90  Channel: n/a
OS Version: OS X 10.12

Thanks for the report.  As of Chrome 60, the DevTools has async stacks enabled by default, so it's as if the checkbox is always checked!
