1. Enable ChromeVox Ctrl Alt Z
2. Press Alt Shift I to open the feedback reporter
3. Press Search + Right to navigate through this UI

Notice that when you reach the open edit area to describe the issue, you hear "tell us what's happening, minimize, close, text area". This should just be "tell us what's happening, text area" as it doesn't make sense to have "minimize" or "close" included here. 

Also, once you press Search + right to  go all the way through this UI and then press it again to go back up to the top, you hear a super long verbalization of the URL of the window, which is not necessary or useful. When you get back to the top, we should just announce the window title -- Feedback Window, or something like that.
