No indication in Network panel when a response is opaque

Project Member Reported by jeffy@google.com, Aug 14 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version: 60.0.3112.90
OS: MacOS 10.12.6

- What steps will reproduce the problem?
Make a request that results in an opaque (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/39109789/what-limitations-apply-to-opaque-responses/39109790#39109790) response

A contrived example can be found at as in https://jsbin.com/vilemamogu/edit?js,console

- What is the expected result?
There would ideally be something displayed in the Network panel that reflected the fact that the response is treated by the client as opaque. This might be showing some additional information alongside the actual code, like "200 (opaque)" in the Status column.

- What happens instead?
There's nothing in the Network panel indicating that the response is opaque, and this can cause confusion for developers who then try to make use of the response from JavaScript without understanding that it's "special".
