Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. install apps that use popup (example Google Keep, TeamViewer..)
2. Open apps

What is the expected behavior?
use font same as selected on system= no cleartype; no fontsmooth, no blur !

What went wrong?
all font are blur!  just to display the very bad font ROBOTO that must use greyscale to be displayed good (but blur)
