1. Enable ChromeVox with Ctrl Alt Z
2. Press Alt Shift M to open the files manager
3. Press Search + Right to navigate through item by item on the screen using ChromeVox 
4. Try to use Search + right to get into the main list of files

I can use ChromeVox navigation (Search + Right) to get to the top of the table and access "Name", "type" and "date modified", but then if I try to press Search + Right to get into the actual list of files, I can't. I hear an earcon (sound effect) when I get to the full list of files, and the orange focus ring is around the full list, but I get no verbalization and can't get inside the list with Search + Right.

That said, I can get to that point where I hear the earcon and then press Search + Down and that works to get me into the list. But, this is not intuitive and the user wouldn't know to do this -- Search + Right is how they should be able to get in. 

Weifang, can you please help to triage? CCing David in case anyone needs to consult on cvox behavior.
