corrupt video playback on Android M (6.0) when play 4k vimeo video

Chrome Version: 59.0.3071.125 and all later build
OS: Android M (6.0)

I don't see this bug on Android O (8.0), not sure about other device and/or android build.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) navigate to http://vimeo.com/93003441
(2) switch resolution to 4k
(3) play video

What is the expected result?
video playback is normal

What happens instead?
video currupt. see attached screenshot
