chromium-cq-status app is a dump of internal CQ daemon data structures which aren't documented && aren't tested. Overall, the cq status app is too expensive to maintain and it has been rotting for 2 years already.

Therefore, ChromiumTryFlakes app shouldn't be using that data. Instead, it should be tapping into event_mon OR new BQ for the same purpose.
