Developer Tools - Network Tab preview black on black invisible

Reported by coenr...@wish.org.za, Aug 13 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/59.0.3071.115 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Choose a dark (black background) theme in desktop.
2. Press Ctrl+Shift+J in Chrome/Chromium, choose Network tab.
3. Press F5.
4. Choose reponse to an XHR request (non-HTML)
5. Try to read the contents of the Preview tab

What is the expected behavior?
The foreground should be white/light on a black/dark background.

What went wrong?
The foreground color is Black, which assumes a light background even when the background is Black, rendering the Preview invisible. (Color is fine for HTTP responses)

Did this work before? No
