Turn down ipad10-simulator. Xcode 9 doesn't support 32bit iPads for iOS10 (iPad Retina)

Looks like Xcode 9 doesn't run tests here, so we can remove ipad10-simulator from the main waterfall and trbots, and free up the machines behind.

We've already emptied the tests on ipad10-simulator.
