UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.90 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Input 'd'+'d'='đ' or 'o'+'o'='ô' [Vietnamese]
Using UNICODE with type Telex

What is the expected behavior?
Output: 'd'+'d'='đ' and 'o'+'o'='ô'

What went wrong?
Output: 'dđ' and 'oô'

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.90  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

Able to reproduce on 60.0.3112.113 with the below steps on Ubuntu 14.04, windows 7

1. Navigate to www.google.vn/
2. Choose on screen keyboard from the google search bar
3. Type the letters dd and observe đ 

@Reporter: Could you please confirm whether the above steps is the right way to reproduce this issue, I'm able to reproduce this issue on Firefox as well

Sorry but did you try to type the letter 'dd' like my picture? Google search bar is not my issue.

You need to search on the search tool of Google Chrome!
