Cannot copy passwords from passwords.google.com

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/62.0.3178.0 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
passwords.google.com

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Only reproducible on dev channel.
1. Open passwords.google.com (and authenticate) to get list of stored passwords
2. Click on the eye icon near any password
3. Try to select text or copy the password to the clipboard in any other way

What is the expected behavior?
4. The password is selected and it's possible to copy it.

What went wrong?
4. There's no way to select the password or put it into clipboard otherwise

Does it occur on multiple sites: No

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes 60.0.3112.78

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 62.0.3178.0  Channel: dev

Able to reproduce this issue on Windows 10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.6 on chrome dev #62.0.3178.0, Canary #62.0.3186.0
Issue is broken in M62.

Bisect Info:

Good build : 62.0.3166.0,  Revision Range -489161
Bad build  : 62.0.3167.0,  Revision Range -489499

After executing the per-revision bisect script , i got the following CL's between good and bad build versions

I took a look at passwords.google.com in DevTools.

That <input> field has 'user-select: none' as Computed CSS. That's why the text can't be selected.

crem@, could you report this to the front-end developers of this page?
