[Linux Chrome] The ‘Delete’ key works abnormally on 64-bit Linux with Chrome,

Issue description

FAIL: Ubuntu 17.04 64bit OS + Chrome 58.0.3029.81 + 25.0.0.169
FAIL: Ubuntu 17.04 64bit OS + Chrome 58.0.3029.81 + 25.0.0.148 (This release build belongs to current chrome browser.)
FAIL: Ubuntu 17.04 64bit OS + Chrome 58.0.3029.81 + 25.0.0.127 & 24.0.0.221 
FAIL: Ubuntu 17.04 64bit OS + Chrome 58.0.3029.81 + 22.0.0.175 (This is a non-injection issue)
FAIL: openSUSE 64bit OS + Chrome 57.0.1987.133 + 25.0.0.169

PASS: Ubuntu 17.04 64bit OS + Firefox 53.0 + 25.0.0.169
PASS: openSUSE 64bit OS + Firefox + 25.0.0.169

Note:
1.This issue only occurs on Linux OS + Chrome browser.
2.Chrome browser not support Linux 32bit OS anymore.

Problem:
The ‘Delete’ key works abnormal on Linux with Chrome browser.

Method:
1.Download the FP build and install it on the desktop.
2.Attached test files in ATS10AS3_45186.zip. Repro by drag/dropping 
 CandidateItemSelection.html to Chrome.
3.Go to the case:
Localizatin Certification>Localization>IME_Acceptance > CandidaItemSelection.swf 
4.Press “Delete” key
5. Input chars into TextField, then place cursor to the font of somechars, press “Delete” key

Result:
For step4, there display garbage when press ‘Delete’ key.
For step5, the chars behind the cursor is replaced with garbage.

Expected:
For step4, no change.
For step5, the chars behind the cursor is deleted.
