[Mac][PPAPI][ATS10AS3 44006] The characters "â" can't be input in FullScreenInteractive=true mode.

Issue description

PASS: Win7 32bit + Chrome57.0.2987.133 (Official Build) (32-bit) + 26.0.0.89
PASS: Win10 64bit + Chrome58.0.3029.81 (64-bit) + 26.0.0.89
PASS: Mac All OS + Safari & Firefox + 26.0.0.89
FAiL: Mac All OS + Opera & Chrome 57.0.2987.133 + 26.0.0.89 & 25.0.0.169 & 24.0.0.194
Method:
1. Attached test files in ATS10AS3_44006.zip. Repro the issue by drag/dropping IMEShortcutsWithTextField.html to Chrome.
2. Press the Full_Screen_Interactive button and click Allow in UI.
3. Change input language to French 
4. Press "[" & character key "q" from EN keyboard in normal statue to input FR dead key "â"
Result:
No character be input.
Expected:
The characters"â" can be input and display correctly.
