Chromedriver Win7 bot is failing |

Issue descriptionhttps://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.chromedriver/builders/Win7/builds/22234 When the tests are executed locally, there are no failures. This confirms that these test failures are not due to Chromedriver/Chromium bug. May be something with the way bot is building & executing the tests? I see "c:\users\chrome~2\appdata\local\temp\chromedriver_e2axtj\CHROME~1\chrome.exe - Access is denied." message in https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.chromedriver/builders/Win7/builds/22234/steps/steps/logs/preamble Could this be related?

Yes, the bot looks good now. This issue can be closed. But not sure what change made the fix?
